Our Louisiana Style Hot Sauce is made with Tabasco peppers grown right here on our farm. We pick only the ripest red peppers and ferment them naturally. After fermenting for several months, the pepper mash is blended with cane vinegar and bottled. A great addition to red beans and rice or a shrimp poor boy.
